PWA CLASSES

We specialise in Private sessions allow you to deepen your mind body connection. These sessions require focus, care and attention to ensure that your body gains the maximum benefit.
We also run small Studio Group Classes max 4 ppl where programs are tailored to the individual. These are suitable for every fitness level. 
We take the time to understand your needs as customise a program to help you achieve your functional and body goals.
 Our Group Reformer classes are of a higher intensity and slightly more fitnesses based. The design is to ensure that you that worked out feeling.
These classes are only suitable to people that are already reasonably active. 
ONLINE classes workout with us anywhere in the world with our On demand and live online classes. Cant make the live class don't worry if you have registered you will receive the class emailed to you for you to complete at your own convenience.

At Pilates Wellness Australia (PWA) we are passionate about Pilates and all things health and wellbeing related.

Through this passion was the creation of our Pilates Wellness App. Our App brings together On demand classes, along with health and wellbeing advice to help you live your best life.

We are the only boutique Pilates studio located at Melbourne's iconic Toorak Village Shopping Strip.

PERSONAL ATTENTION

Our classes are capped in size to allow for all clients to receive maximum attention during their workouts.

There is a ratio of 1 instructor for every 4 client to ensure that the level of personal attention given is at a maximum.

CLASSES 7 DAYS PER WEEK

We know the importance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle so we offer classes 7 days a week, both morning and evening sessions.

​

Our sessions run from Monday to Sunday starting at 6:00am during the week to 8pm and from 8am on weekends.
